Is There a Timeline for Planning Tours?

We recommend you start planning your tour at least one year in advance. Your travelers will need that much time to plan their budget and their calendars. We will provide you with the promotional brochure indicating final payment due date, which is typically three months prior to departure. This will allow 7-9 months to promote – and sell out(!) – your tour.
